When he arrived, he conducted a thorough inspection of our roof. It turned out that or roof wasn't leaking. Instead of just leaving after passing along that information, Chris continued to inspect the attic to find a potential source for where the water was coming from that was leaking into our bathroom. He found that someone (not Bluegrass Roofing and Consulting) installed the exhaust fan incorrectly and that condensate had built up and started to leak through the ceiling.
